WHAT TO PACK:
Pack light - Same-day laundry is available at all our locations:
As a general guide, comfortable, casual wash and wear clothes are recommended. Game drives are conducted in the early morning and late afternoon, which can be chilly.
The most practical items to pack for safari are:
· Khaki, green, beige, neutral colors
· T-shirts
· Shorts, a light skirt or skorts (women)
· Jeans or safari trousers for evenings and cooler days
· Layering clothes
· Lightweight sweatshirt (For Nairobi)
· Swim and beachwear
· Comfortable walking shoes
· Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, moisturizer, lip cream, hand sanitizer, and head-phones are all essentials
· insect repellent/Mosquito spray
· Binoculars and camera equipment (some binoculars will be available)
Melatonin/sleep aid
Water bottle
Do not travel with liquids or sprays over 4fl oz(they could be confiscated at security)
Put all liquids and gels in a clear ziplock bag.
Travel with minimum jewelry
Photocopy of your passport

Credit card (not debit) For fraud purposes.
The Whatsapp app is the easiest way to text/call. Please check with your cell phone carrier to determine international charges. Wi-Fi will be available at all the locations where we will be staying.
First Aid
Although most hotels and lodges are equipped with a first aid kit, I suggest that you bring a small airtight container with a few well-chosen articles, such as band-aids, travel sickness tablets, antiseptic cream, pain relieving tablets for headaches, indigestion tablets, sunscreen, eye drops, insect repellent, medication for upset stomachs and after-sun moisturizer. If you have any allergies, e.g., insect stings or an asthma condition, please pack the required medication.
